Sonja Hebenstreit

Sonja is an Austrian lawyer and partner and head of the IP/IT and Life Sciences Team at Herbst Kinsky. She specializes in the fields of intellectual property law, unfair competition, pharmaceutical law, medical devices law and data protection and has over 20 years of experience in these fields.  

Sonja represents Austrian and international clients – including (biotech) start-ups and numerous pharmaceutical and medical devices companies – in a variety of regulatory, licensing and contractual issues, as well as in data protection, unfair competition and reimbursement matters.
